At times when we are at our lowest, we need something to lift us our spirits up. I find that quotes, short stories and poems helps me lots through these process. To remind me that to count every small blessings :)In rainy days you might want a little sunshine to light your heart. In sunny days you might want a shade and cool breeze.. Just like little kind words and some motivation to get through rough days.. Something to keep you going.

1. Keep free from eating hi-calorie flesh (gossip) of others no matter how juicy.
2. Switch to fat free truths
3. Avoid artificial tempers
4. Do voice therapy by reciting the Qur'an
5. Purify your eyes by crying in Dua
6. Do hand reflexology on Tasbeeh. ♥
Sometimes when we reach at a point where there is no hope' Then Just our Inner positive attitude gives us strength & Gives us hope of winning or move to right path & That attitude comes because of Our complete Belief of ALLAH ♥
