What is being done,

What is to be done,
Will also be done grandly.

What did you lose from yours?
What did you gain from theirs?
Why should you shed tears?

What did you bring,
Ut to be lost now?
What had you constructed,
It o have distrusted?
Why should you moan,
When nothing yours is gone?

Had you created any,
Can you say being canny?
Why did you hoard,
When there is no guarantee to stay aboard?
What made you forget,
That you own nothing you get?

What you have taken,
Was taken from here.
What has been given,
Was also given from here.
What is meant to you,
Is not meant for you forever.

What was theirs yesterday,
Is yours today.
What is yours today,
Will be another's tomorrow.
What is going to be another's tomorrow,
Will also be Someone else's someday.

This is God's will,
His will is fate,
And fate is life!

The Hidden Pain

Tear-like drops were lying on grass
Some rough cracks were silently crying on the window glass
Those half-torn leaves trying to fly
But the damp ground refused to let them go high.

Half-broken people know how to fight
Full-broken people inspires them showing the light
Skinned knees with spice-like blood
They still walk like a wingless bird.

That brightly coloured blue petal below the heavy stone
Actually nobody hears the loud-like silent moans.
But He is known as the watcher Ar- Raqeeb
Nothing is absent from Him the Glorious Al-Majeed.

The pains that helplessly beat inside the chest
And the dust that gets attracted toward the wounded knees
Are never unknown to Him even a bit
He is Al Baseer who sees each and every beat.




Loneliness of heart

The loneliness of heart always leaves us feeling miserable. It seems like nothing is left inside the "lonely-me" and something is lacking. And if we ponder over this moment of our loneliness we can beautifully realize that it is actually a loneliness which we create by not realizing the true meaning of the ONE whom Alone we should believe and so we are left all alone in every ways. And the lacking that we feel in this emptiness is- "Believe in Allah alone and you will never feel alone".

When you are afraid,
let ALLAH'S love be your PROTECTION,
when you are confused,
let HIS love be your LIBERATION,
when you are hurting,
let HIS love be your THERAPY



Whenever you are distressed, worried or confused, just close your eyes, take a deep breath and say:
Oh Allah; I love You! I know its your plan, and I put my complete trust in you. You are always with me, and I will succeed because I have supplicated to you and i know you are All Hearing All Seeing. Please protect me and bless me with Happiness here and hereafter.




When a person makes Dua for a Muslim, an angel is appointed to say Ameen to his Dua and to make Dua for him in return by saying: “May you be granted the same”.

Never waste your time trying to explain who you are to people who are committed to misunderstanding you.


Show respect to people who don't even deserve it. Not as a reflection of their character, but as a reflection of yours. 


It is during the worst times of your life that you will get to see the true colors of the people who say they care for you.

As much as you can, keep dunya (worldly life) in your hand--not in your heart. That means when someone insults you, keep it out of your heart so it doesn't make you bitter or defensive. When someone praises you, also keep it out of your heart, so it doesn't make you arrogant and self-deluded. When you face hardship and stress, don't absorb it in your heart, so you don't become hopeless and overwhelmed. Instead keep it in your hands and realize that everything passes. When you're given a gift by God, don't hold it in your heart. Hold it in your hand so that you don't begin to love the gift more than the giver. And so that when it is taken away you can truly respond with 'inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi rajioon': 'indeed we belong to God, and to God we return'.

Standing at the edge of existence,
Looking upon all that has been,
There wasn't a moment filled completely with ease,
Nor was there a moment so completely filled with pain.
In every happiness there is a tinge of sadness,
And in every sorrow there is a silver-lining of hope.
This life was meant to push us further,
Beyond the limits we thought we could not withstand.
All we can do is simply keep going!


He is Al Latif,
And He knows when a heart weeps..
Deeply,
And just out of nowhere,
He sends a sign,
A small reminder
That this time
It won't last forever,
This sorrow,
It will be forgotten tomorrow
In Jannah;
Where each broken heart hopes to be.

Silent tears fall
When the heart recalls
This soul's hopes.
Now they are soft whispers in the depths of the heart
Speaking of a past that got lost on this path.
That is life and its painful way,
Taking its direction without apparent consideration.
So all we do,
Take each step,
With patience and prayer being the guide in every affair.


Our eyes they fail to see
The beauty that lies in waiting,
So we get lost in the pain,
When our minds fail to remind our hearts
The end will come,
To bring with it peace,
So when we find ourselves asking the question,
Is the pain worth the struggle?
Then let our eyes close
Capturing the Promise of Paradise.

The cause of jealousy and ingratitude is that with regards to ourselves, we see only our trials--but not our blessings. But with regards to others, we see only their blessings--but not their trials.

Be very careful how you treat others. God deals with you in the way you deal with others. If you are harsh and unforgiving of people, how can you expect mercy and forgiveness from God?

When at first you could not have what you loved, your heart broke. But when you looked up and saw Who had taken it, it was remade.

"But, this dark place is not the end. Remember that the darkness of night precedes the dawn. And as long as your heart still beats, this is not the death of it. You don’t have to die here. Sometimes, the ocean floor is only a stop on the journey. And it is when you are at this lowest point, that you are faced with a choice. You can stay there at the bottom, until you drown. Or you can gather pearls and rise back up—stronger from the swim, and richer from the jewels."

When you're unsure, stay silent and listen. Ask Allah to guide your heart.

I tried to give up. But I found myself back at the very same place:
praying for a miracle.

I found myself praying for peace today.
I’ve been in and out of my mind a thousand times
I know You heard me.
I know I wasn’t alone in that room,
shaking with the fear of fear,
the harrowing loneliness.
I cried out to You on my hands. On my knees.
With my face pushed down against the ground.
If I could have gotten lower, I swear I would.
Because that is helplessness, the truest kind…
The kind that knows nothing, not one leaf, or tear, or smile can be
without Him.
I learned something today.
Again.
This is dunya. Dunya. Not a place of ease. Only glitter.
The place where you have to feel cold and hungry.
The place where you have to worry and feel scared.
The place where it gets cold.
So cold, sometimes.
The place where you have to leave the people you love.
Where you can’t get attached, because even if you do, it doesn’t make it stay, it just makes it hurt when it doesn’t.
The place where happiness and sadness are only players, waiting for their next line in a play…
Competing for their place on stage.
The place where gravity makes you fall, and frailty makes you bleed.
The place where sadness exists, because it must.
And tears fall to remind you of a place where they don’t.
Where they just don’t.

And isn’t that just it? Isn’t jennah that place after all,
that place that Allah describes over and over and over in 2 ways?:
La khawfun alayhim wa la hum yahzanoon…
On them shall be no fear…nor shall they grieve.

But I’m still here, aren’t I?
The scar on my flesh reminds me of that.
The burn on my arm left a scar that I love.
I love it because it reminds me how weak I am.
How human.
That I burn. That I bleed. That I break. That I scar.
Yes. It is here that I am. Here that I fall. Here that I cry.
Here, just the same, that You filled that room, and lifted me to humbleness, and an acute knowledge of my own powerlessness and excruciating need for You.
And then you took care of it.
Of course You did.
Of course.
Like Younus, and Musa, and his mother. You took care of it.
You are the Peace of the peaceful.
The Strength of the strong.
The lighthouse of Truth in this storm of lies.
So, I found myself praying for peace today.

Don’t let your sorrows drown you. Use them to deepen you, humble and soften you. Use them to build your empathy and compassion for the world. Your sorrow was never meant to overtake you; like everything else in life, it is only a tool. To beautify and strengthen you.

I always disliked 'fair-weather friends': "A friend who is only a friend when circumstances are pleasant or profitable. At the first sign of trouble, these capricious, disloyal friends will drop their relationship with you." But I wonder how many of us are 'fair-weather' slaves of God.

Never underestimate a mothers Du'aa

Imam of Ka'bah: Beautiful Story
Shaykh Al-Kalbaani, former Imam of the Ka'bah, at a conference in London was telling us this story:

When he was young, he was a very naughty boy. He would make his mother angry. But his mother, Allah bless her, was a very righteous woman and she knew the power of Dua.

She made it her habit that, in her anger at him, she would say this Dua: "O Allah guide YOU! And make you the IMAM of the Ka'bah!"

Imam Al-Kalbani tells us, "so Allah answered her dua and I went on to become the Imam of the Ka'bah!" Allahu akbar! :)
