continually asks pardon, Allah will appoint for
him a way out of every distress, and a relief
from every anxiety, and will provide for him
from where he did not reck

►Reciting Astaghfiruallah is an effective
method of calming our self and wipes away
the variety of worldly worries from our mind
and body. It may also help us, if we are
suffering from depression, it calm us and
lessen our depression

We live in a strange world where the poor walk miles to get food, and the rich walk miles to digest food.

Humour, joking & teasing others has its limits. 

Some people have a habit of teasing others whilst they would never accept the same for themselves. 

Some like to hurt others, abuse or insult & then quickly claim to have been joking. 

If we do not limit & censure our humour, jokes about others or teasing we could create hatred & enmity within our circles & lose our best friends & even family members. 

Let us learn to be sensitive of what may be hurtful to others in the least & abstain from it.

Why do people who are blessed by the Almighty with so many gifts at times choose to become so arrogant, aloof, proud and maltreat others?

Have you noticed how some who are wealthy, intelligent, degree holders and at times even the knowledgeable, begin to think that others are all inferior to them and that they have the right to despise others?

Have you noticed how there are more complaints of th

e wealthy under paying their workers or delaying payment or scrounging discounts below cost than others?

Why don't we realize that it costs us absolutely nothing to be even more humble, approachable, helpful, respectful towards others when we are blessed by the Almighty?

Remember that no matter what you have you will never be truly loved by people if you are full of pride and arrogance or despise people. The more you have the more humble you should be. It can all disappear in a flash and then what will become of us?

Be very careful of becoming too hard or judgmental of others. Those who are, often end up experiencing something in their own life that breaks them and teaches them humility.

Sleeping on the right side

Prophet Mohamed peace be upon him advised us 1400 years ago to start our sleeping mode on the right side, why?.....…

Scientists say that sleeping on the left side is not favored, as the heart would be under the

 pressure of the right lung, the biggest of the two lungs, and this would affect its contraction especially if the person is old. Also they assure that the full stomach which itself is under the pressure of the heaviest organ in the digestive tract, the liver, which delays its emptying, would also impose a pressure on the heart.Hence they advise people to sleep on the right side especially for patients by any heart disease.

Once the Prophet (salla Allahu ‘alaihi wa sallam)
was sitting in a room with Aisha and fixing his
shoes. It was very warm, and Aisha looked to his
blessed forehead and noticed that there were
beads of sweat on it. She became overwhelmed
by the majesty of that sight and was staring at
him long enough for him to notice.
He said, “What’s t

he matter?” She replied, “If Abu
Bukair Al-Huthali, the poet- saw you, he would
know that his poem was written for you.”. The
Prophet (sallaAllahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) asked,
“What did he say?”. She replied, “Abu Bukair said
that if you looked to the majesty of the moon, it
twinkles and lights up the world for everybody to
see.”
The Prophet (salla Allahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) got up,
walked to Aisha, kissed her between the eyes, and
said, “Wallahi ya Aisha, you are like that to me and
more.”
(Narrated in Dala’el Al-Nubuwa for Imam Abu
Nu’aim with isnad including Imam Bukhari and
Imam Ibn Khuzaina.)

One of the greatest scholars of the sunnah gave
his son this advice on his wedding day:
"Women like attention and they like to be told
clearly that they are loved. Don't be stingy in
expressing your love for your wife. If you become
limited in expressing your love, you will create a
barrier of harshness between you and her, and
there will be a decrease in affection."

it. To show you how much He loves YOU, He
would create a difficulty in someone's life and a
need for charity in another persons life and put

you in the middle as a means of fulfilling their
needs and getting rewarded in the process. It's a
gift from ALLAH. It's a sign ALLAH wants you to
know Him and that He wants good for you. Don't
be arrogant, don't think "I don't have time" or "I
have enough things to deal with". Be humble, help
His servants sincerely to please Him and He will
facilitate and satisfy your needs in difficult times
as well as those around you. Remember ALLAH (by
doing good deeds) in times of ease and ALLAH will
remember you in times of difficulty.

There was a king who had one eye & one leg.
He asked all the painters to draw a beautiful portrait of his, but all of them were not ready to draw..
As how come they show him beautiful with defects in one eye & leg.
One of them agreed & drew

 a classic picture of that king.
It was a fantastic picture & every one was surprised.
He painted the king aiming for a hunt, targeting with one eye closed & a leg bent for it..
Why can't we all paint others pictures like this?
Hiding their weaknesses & highlighting their strenghts.
ALLAH taught us to hide others weaknesses & In Return He will hide ours..
