At times when we are at our lowest, we need something to lift us our spirits up. I find that quotes, short stories and poems helps me lots through these process. To remind me that to count every small blessings :)In rainy days you might want a little sunshine to light your heart. In sunny days you might want a shade and cool breeze.. Just like little kind words and some motivation to get through rough days.. Something to keep you going.

The ability of you & I to speak is a blessing from ALLAH. We have to use our tongues wisely & not to say & utter filthy low things.
“When dealing with people, remember you are not dealing with creatures of logic, but creatures of emotion.
Abu Hurayrah rahimahullaah reported that Allaah's Messenger sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam said: "When a human being dies, all of his deeds are terminated except for three types: an ongoing sadaqah, a knowledge (of Islaam) from which others benefit, and a righteous child who makes du'aa for him." (Muslim and others).
"If you know yourself then you will not be harmed by what is said about you."
Imaam Sufyaan ath-Thawree Rahimahullaah
Say what you will about me, accuse me of all sorts, slander me and backbite me all you want but know that ALLAH knows that which is concealed and revealed and by ALLAH you will be held to account for every false thing you attribute to me.
I have learned that a smile is an in expensive gift and I have also learned that I can always pray for someone when there is no other way of helping them.
Your life is the product of your thoughts. The thoughts that you invest in will have an indelible effect upon your life, regardless of whether they are happy thoughts or miserable thoughts.
Perform righteous deeds purely and sincerely for the pleasure of ALLAH, and do not expect either congratulation or gratitude from any person.Dont not take it to heart if you confer a favor upon someone & he turns out to be ungrateful.Seek your reward from ALLAH.
Don’t let people’s compliments get to your head and don’t let their criticisms get to your heart.
Be careful who you ask for advice Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) said, "If you love someone, do not quarrel with him and do not annoy him. Do not ask others about him, for the one you ask might be his enemy and thus tell you things about him that are not true and thus break you apart.
