For the females with children:

Don't do so much overtime. If you cannot finish the work, it must be some kind of problems within the company, and it is not your sole problem. Feedback to your boss. Endless overtime may not necessary be the answer to the problem. Take care of your health so that you can treasure and take care of yo ur little precious.

For the married men:

Stop drinking,  stop smoking, cos nothing can replace your good health, not even business nor clients.

Try thinking this way, are you able to work till your clients are totally dependent on you? or your boss is totally dependent on you? In this society, no one is indispensable.

Take care of your health, so that you can take care of your little precious and your loved ones.

For those singles out there:

Beauty lies in loving yourself first.

With confidence and loving yourself, you will see the beauty in other things around you. You will be able to work better and happier. Don't let your health be affected by your work or your boss, so nothing matters more than your well being.

For those who are ready to leave their parteners

This life is not perfect, the dreams unfulfilled with your present partner might come true with some one else but the dreams already fulfilled with this partner are rarely going to bloom again.These fulfilled dreams that u might even be ignoring right now are a part of u, a part of your soul. Think again,  you'll be starving for them tommorrow but it will be too late. U  r trying to solve problems by leaving him/her but firstly find me a person in this world without any problems...........This is no heaven, this is life, it is tough, but not only for u, for me, him, the guy next door, your always happy looking friend and infact  all of us.First of all, it's a big mistake to depend on someone else to complete your life and bring you happiness. Being happy is a do-it-yourself project. True happiness comes from within The solution is not in changing a life partner .

Hazrat Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "A believer must not hate (his wife) believing woman; if he dislikes one of her characteristics he will be pleased with another".[Muslim].

Commentary:

This Hadith also contains a very wise counsel for a happy married life. It tells us that every person has certain good qualities as well as some shortcomings. Man has been advised here to overlook the shortcomings that he does not like in his wife and appreciate her good qualities. Similarly, a woman is advised to ignore the shortcomings of her husband and admire his good qualities.

  

 Will u keep changing partners until u find yourself problem free?.....................ofcouse not. Be patient

Ask for Help With Patience and Salat

After faith and trust in Allah, the most import quality that a believer needs during calamity and affliction is patience. Patience is such a virtue that it is frequently mentioned both in the Qur’an and the hadith. Indeed, the Prophet (p) said that it is the best gift that one can receive from Allah:

No one is granted a gift better and more comprehensive than patience. (Bukhari and Muslim)

In many places in the Qur’an, Allah (swt) asks the believer to seek His help with patience and salat, such as:

O ye who believe! seek help with patient perseverance and prayer: for Allah is with those who patiently persevere. (2:153)

Seek (Allah's) help with patient perseverance and prayer. (2:45)

One of the best times to offer salat is late night before the time for fajr starts. Called the tahajjud prayer, there are many excellences for this prayer. The believer should try to make as much tahajjud prayer as possible and ask Allah (swt) for help and forgiveness, as this is one the best times to make prayers and supplications:

And for part of the night also praise Him, and at the retreat of the stars! (52:49)
