At times when we are at our lowest, we need something to lift us our spirits up. I find that quotes, short stories and poems helps me lots through these process. REFLECT: If your tummy rumbles today.. Just ignore it.. There are some people around the world.. Hungry for days on end.. Us fasting is nothing compared to their hunger and hardships..
