He replied: “That he feed her when he eats himself, and that he clothe her when he clothe himself, and not strike her upon the face, nor revile her, nor leave her alone unless in her own house.” [Abu Dawud]

...She's a soldier in a battlefield; the battle is at home. But she will win; for indeed he is the coward and true strength is that which lies in her...

...His strength reflects his weakness when he uses it to batter and bruise her; be it physically, emotionally, verbally or mentally...

...With her faith as her sword; her soul as her sheild and her patience as her armour - she will win; for she is a soldier in a battlefield - even if the battle is at home...

If one cannot treat their mother with mercy, they are not deserving of Jannah.

She helped you with your first steps; now, whilst she's in her final steps you walk away? She wiped away your tears; now you cause her tears to fall? She bore patience when you couldn't explain; now you cannot endure her forgetfulness? She bore you for years upon years; now - you can't bear her in her last years?

Indeed if one cannot treat thier mother with mercy, they are definitely not deserving of Jannah,.

Dhikr (remembrance of Allah) is Kryptonite to Shaytan. The best state for dhikr is conscious awareness. The best form of dhikr is Quran.
